Happy Birthday!!!!!
Even though Christmas has passed, the Connor family is still celebrating! Our daughter is already here in Loveland and now we’re waiting on our boys and their lovely women to arrive! We’ve had a beautiful scene to greet us every night at the Riverview RV Park.

See this is what semi-retired is all about!!!!!
I have had some time to do a little knitting. Kind of like the last pair of socks I showed you which were too big for me (Ed. Note – You may start to sense a pattern!!!!)(I gifted them to my sweet friend, Gail, they fit her feet perfectly and red is her favorite color!) my first Morana mitten was too large also! (Ed. Note – See what I did there?!?!?!) Very frustrating – of course, for some reason I chose to knit the large size and my hands aren’t that big. Don’t know what I was thinking….they will have to be frogged (rip it, rip it) and reknit to fit. (Ed. Note – They would likely have fit Shaq!!!!)
I’ve also been working on a cowl with my yarn from the Wooly Mammoth shop in Omaha. It’s turning out beautifully and the pattern, Hideaway Cowl, is easy to follow.

Heading out to spend time with my kids! Check back after the first of the year to find out where we’re heading next!
